Select Staffing has an Immediate need for an HRIS Assistant for a local company in the Loveland area.

Reports To: HRIS Functional Analyst
Pay: $14hr
Position
Summary:
Partnered with HR Business Partner, this position will be responsible for Data Entry and Data Integrity in assigned area. Assist HRIS Functional Analyst in the Maintenance of the organizational structure within SAP.
Primary
Responsibilities:
In conjunction with HR Business Partner, this position is responsible for the accurate and timely data entry for assigned region.
Perform periodic analysis and audits of data within the Organizational Structure and PA to ensure correctness and validity.
Responsible for correcting errors made in PA and OM
Assist in the maintenance of the organizational structure through the creation and maintenance of positions, objects, jobs, building locations & cost centers as directed.
Maintain reporting relationships within the organization as directed
Assist in implementing restructuring within the SAP OM/PA Module
Request configuration changes to meet business needs such as new buildings and cost centers
Assists with configuration testing within the OM/PA modules. Conduct training for the HR Team on configuration changes
Provide support to Region HR Managers, including but not limited to entering HR data in the SAP HRMS system, filing HR documents, and maintaining personnel files
Recommends changes for processes, guidelines, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services delivered
Other duties assigned
Required Skills, Experience and Education:
Preferably 5 years of administrative experience in a business environment or equivalent experience, training, and education
Previous Human Resource experience preferred
Must be flexible and work efficiently with limited day-to-day direction and supervision
Must be able to work both alone and in a group.
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Working knowledge of SAP Human Resource Systems is essential
Demonstrated relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively with conflict and sensitive employee issues in support of both managers and employees
Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) - particularly Excel required
Strong oral and written communication skills.
