Experience:
o 12 months of role experience is required.
o Travel experience is required.
o Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
o This role may require floating to additional units and locations o Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
o COVID vaccination required for onboarding.
Declinations not accepted.
o Flu vaccination required for onboarding.
Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

Shifts:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday with on-call shifts Weekend requirement:
for ON CALL 1 per week and every 4th or 5th weekend.
Candidate must be able to work the weekends independently and have least level II trauma and stroke experience.
Level one trauma hospital with neuro thrombectomy program.
Special Equipment:
Philips Azurion RTO must be included at time of initial submission, RTO can not be changed or added once submitted (project out) - same for extensions, once requested it can not be altered.
Please take note if your candidate has applied to UC Health's internal Travel/Perm staff within the last year, their application will not be considered.
We will conduct rehire checks post-offer, and if it is discovered that your candidate applied within the last year, we will have to rescind your offer.
2 References are required.
One must be from within one year of start, and both references must be from someone with the title of manager, supervisor, or above.
Charge are now acceptable.
