Your Daily Duties and Responsibilities will Include:
Responsible for managing incoming calls, directing calls to the correct person/dept.
, answering questions, and assisting customers placing order.
Responsible for processing orders received through sales staff and distribution channels.
Maintain CRM effectively and record customer touchpoints.
Responsible for sending quotes to customers as requested by Sales staff.
Ability to complete data entry in a fast pace environment.
Responsible for requesting and processing payments for orders.
Will be responsible for provide tracking information, invoices, and other requested documents for customers and Sales staff.
File and maintain documents in the appropriate location to ensure accurate records.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Work with a high degree of professionalism and friendly demeanor.
Display a high level of effort and commitment toward performing work, with an emphasis on the attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills via phone and email.
Experience using Microsoft Office products required, CRM and ERP experience a plus.
Ability to understand and evaluate technical information as needed to better understand position.
Ability to perform computations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division correctly.
Responsible for maintaining a good attendance and work assigned hours.
Ability to multi-task and stay organized while completing tasks in timely manner.
