Requirements:
Must have electrical license or acquire license within 60 days of hiring 3 years of residential experience Have a full understanding and proficient in troubleshooting with the ability to solve issues Provide accurate estimates and complete work with allotted time and material (residential jobs) Excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude Produce quality work while maintaining Wagner standards Have excellent written/oral communication with office and customers Organizational and follow- through skills.
Must have CLEAN drivers license Must adhere and live out Wagner Electric's core values.
Responsibilities:
Uphold the core values of Wagner Electric Residential Service and Warranty - These to include add ons, small or large jobs, and trouble shooting Installing back- up power units.
Acknowledge builder specs and install according to the blue prints and builder expectations Communicate with management, trade partners, other departments and contractors in order to coordinate work activities and resolve problems Understand and Respect Project Safety Benefits and Compensation:
