Avid, a Lubrizol company, is looking for a Sales Developer to join their team in Loveland, CO.
The primary focus of this role is identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and initiating the sales process.
In this role, you would support the business growth by creating and executing strategic initiatives.
What you will do:
Drive loyalty and demand for Avid's additive manufacturing services and Lubrizol's branded products through relationships developed at the Engineering, Contractor, and Ownership level Work closely with the sales team to devise and execute effective outreach strategies Identify and research potential leads and industries to target Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects through emails, calls, and social media Create and send quotes to potential customers, acquiring new customers Schedule and coordinate engaging product demos and presentations for qualified prospects Provide valuable feedback from prospect interactions to shape our sales and product strategies Train customers to build interest and demand for Avid's products and services Attend and support trade shows and conferences to promote the benefits of Lubrizol's products, both via educational events and those that are customer-oriented Maintain high quality and timely CRM reporting per established guidelines and assigned KPI's Keep meticulous records of interactions and progress using Sales Force Develop a thorough understanding of technology, key product attributes, applications, and performance requirements in the focus market segments What you need:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university- Business or Technical Minimum of 3 years of sales experience Ability to travel (10-30%) Demonstrated abilities and successes in implementing new products, solutions, technologies Excellent sales and communication skills, as demonstrated by the ability to develop and deliver professional presentations What Avid Offers:
