Roles and
Responsibilities:
Responsible to schedule daily orders for 5-8 technicians.
Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails and voicemails, and tracking customer communications Coordinating and managing customer requested appointments.
Data entry and reporting assignments/projects as requested.
Performing other relevant duties when needed Success Factors:
Approachable, welcoming and personable personality Detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Proofreading ability Soft analytical skills Experience and Education:
High School diploma or GED required 2
years working in an office setting Prior receptionist or office administrator experience preferred Prior scheduling/ route planning experience preferred Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:
Possession of a valid State of Residence Driver's License is required.
Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
