, a family-owned company, is seeking a Self Storage Property Manager with strong administrative skills and who enjoys working with people.
This position is full-time and will be primarily based in Loveland, Colorado but will include responsibilities at our Fort Collins, Colorado location as well.
This is the perfect opportunity for the detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with people and wants to escape from a stuffy cubicle! Work in a great environment, where no two days are the same.
Working under the direction of the Director of Self Storage Operations, this sales and customer service position will engage in three primary activities while managing the day-to-day operations :
Sales, including answering questions, quoting prices, showing prospects the facility, leasing units, and all related paperwork.
Customer service, including taking payments, and addressing tenant concerns.
Assist with the upkeep and maintaining overall appearance of the facility and grounds.
This position requires strong computer skills, outstanding customer service skills, a friendly and professional manner (both in person and on the phone), a flexible attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
Experience with email, preferably MS Outlook, and the ability to learn and utilize our specialized software programs are essential.
The successful candidate will be able to work proactively and independently.
The candidate must have a clear criminal background history and be able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening as a condition of employment.
They must also possess a valid Driver's License and have a reliable form of transportation.
The candidate will be expected to lift up to 25 pounds, operate a golf cart in a safe manner, and handle tasks related to the upkeep of the facility.
The Self Storage Property Manager will be required to work Saturdays and will be expected to work between two different locations (Fort Collins, CO and Loveland, CO).
