Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
Experience with vehicle purchasing and maintenance including lease or buy strategies and the development of specifications for vehicles including heavy equipment and trailers; AND/OR Experience with rights-of-way (ROW) and substation vegetation, danger trees, and ROW access road improvements; AND responsibility for one or more major phases of a formal program in an electrical utility - project management, program support, or reliability and risk compliance.
