Deputy Area Manager

-Serves as a key advisor and representative for the Eastern Colorado Area Office Area Manager and represents Reclamation in dealings with various private and public interests and in dealing with key political figures who serve the interests of the public in the area. -Provides managerial oversight for development, operation, maintenance, and rehabilitation of the hydroelectric power generation facilities, including the water conveyance system, flood operations, irrigation, recreation, and environment management of lands and resources associated with the facilities. -Directs the accomplishment of programs and controls for those programs through the supervision of key subordinate staff. Directly supervises three Division Chiefs, Safety, Security, and Public Involvement. All candidates must meet the following Office of Personnel Management qualification requirements:
GS-14:
1 year of Specialized Experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service.DEFINITION OF SPECIALIZED
Experience:
To meet specialized experience, your resume must describe your demonstrated experience performing the following:
GS-14:
Experience officially managing and supervising employees and work activities in an organization with several organization segments in a large and complex technical natural resource organization/agency; either personally performing program management or professional engineering, natural resources or scientific work as it relates to one or more of the following major programs:
water resources, water storage and distribution systems, land resources, environmental compliance activities, or recreation; and experience in dealing with representatives of federal, state, local, or tribal governments.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
